OATH is the City’s independent tribunal for resolving disputes involving City laws, regulations, and agency enforcement actions. It handles a wide range of matters across three key divisions:

 

OATH Trials Division – Protecting Your Rights in Complex City Disputes

 

  The OATH Trials Division hears cases referred by New York City agencies and boards. These proceedings are formal, and outcomes can significantly impact your employment, business operations, property, or legal standing.
