Conciliation
The process by which an intermediary (the conciliator) meets with both adverse parties, separately, to assist them in restoring the previously-enjoined relationship.
The conciliator will have each party express their goals. It is then the conciliator's duty to perform "shuttle diplomacy" between the parties, separately, so best to bring all back "to the same table" to resolve the issue-at-hand.
